Chick-fil-A Quietly Launched a Chicken & Waffles Sandwich—Here’s Where to Get It

Fast‑food chain Chick‑fil‑A is trying something new this winter. Beginning December 1 and running through January 24, 2026, select restaurants in Baltimore and San Antonio will test two versions of a Chicken & Waffles sandwich while supplies last.

In Baltimore, guests will find both the “Chicken & Waffles Sandwich” and a smaller “Chicken & Waffles Breakfast Sandwich.” In San Antonio, only the breakfast version is available.

According to reports the sandwich features the chain’s signature chicken breast in either original or spicy flavor, stacked between warm maple waffles, topped with applewood‑smoked bacon, and served with honey butter and a side of syrup.

The breakfast version is available only until 10:30 a.m. at participating locations in San Antonio. Baltimore locations offering the full version will have it available all day.

Chick‑fil‑A has kept a streamlined menu historically, so the test signals the chain may be positioning for broader menu expansion if the feedback is strong.

As always with test items only available at certain locations, fans are encouraged to check the Chick‑fil‑A app or contact their local restaurant to confirm availability.
