The mighty Golden State Warriors have been dominant at home all season. That is, until last night, when they fell to the Chicago Bulls 113-111 in overtime. In a thrilling game at Oracle Arena, the Warriors led all throughout the fourth quarter until Bulls guard Kirk Hinrich hit a 3-point jumper with 16 seconds to go, giving the Bulls a 107-105 lead. Warriors forward Draymond Green then got the offensive rebound off a missed shot by guard Andre Iguodala and scored 2 points to send the game into overtime. Derrick Rose had a mediocre game throughout the night, scoring 30 points but also committing a career high 11 turnovers with only 1 assist, but he came through when it mattered most. With 7 seconds left in overtime, D. Rose stepped back and hit the winning jumpshot to end the Warriors’ 19 home-game win streak.

After his record-breaking night last Friday, Warriors guard Klay Thompson had another great game, scoring 30 points with 10 rebounds. However,he remained quiet in overtime and was unable to answer D. Rose’s 2 point jumper at the end of the game.

The Warriors fall to 36-7 and remain number one in the West, while the Bulls improve to 30-17.
