DJ Akademiks is firing back at Maino and the rest of the “Let’s Rap About It” podcast hosts after Maino roasted Ak over his Fabolous comments.

“Boy, you couldn’t win a rap battle, don’t come over here thinking you can win a battle on these microphones…I’m Jay-Z, Kareem, Wilt, f**kin’ Michael Jordan, and muthaf**kin’ Tom Brady rolled up in one,” Ak states in a livestream.

In case you missed it, Ak joked about Fabolous’ sense of fashion, particularly a headband he wore recently. Maino caught wind of the comments and wasted no time defending his friend’s name and looks. In a spirited rant that sparked Ak’s response, Maino took aim at Ak’s body, stating he was built like a “jar of relish,” a “d*ke,” and a “wet bag of laundry.”

Ak acknowledged that he is not big in the dressing department but dragged some of Maino’s past outfit choices. He also questioned why “old n***as” always seem to have an issue with younger content creators, explaining that he never once tried to impede on the lane that rappers turned podcasters have created.
