Doritos is kicking off 2023 with a bang, introducing a new flavor tailor-made for barbecue lovers.
Fans are lining up to try the all-new Doritos Sweet and Tangy BBQ. The robust flavor is a unique one, combining the smoky taste of a grill with the sweet notes of barbecue sauce. Doritos is inviting lovers of the American mainstay to give their chips a chance the next time they are craving snacks and ribs.
“We know the BBQ debate is highly contested, and Nashville residents don’t often like to stray away from their own BBQ — but Doritos is inviting fans to TRY ANOTHER ANGLE® — chip angle, that is — with Doritos Sweet & Tangy BBQ,” the company wrote in a press release.
Doritos is no stranger to testing out new flavors, most of which have become a huge hit amongst buyers. The Flamin’ Hot Cool Ranch debuted in 2021 to rave reviews. Over the summer, the ketchup and mustard flavors caught folks off guard, but in a good way. The official Doritos website sports 13 unique flavors, though different retailers offer the limited edition tastes that we’ve grown to love.
If you’re looking to get your hands on the Doritos Sweet and Tangy BBQ chips, they are available at grocery stores nationwide. Sam’s Club currently has them listed online for $4.48 a bag.
