Television personality Drew Sidora has asked a court to reconsider an order requiring her to vacate the marital home she shares with estranged husband Ralph Pittman, citing financial hardship and concerns about housing stability.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Sidora stated she lacks the “financial resources” to secure a new residence before the May 31 deadline. She also noted she has not yet identified alternative housing, warning that she and her oldest child could be “homeless” if the court does not reverse its decision. The filing highlights the ongoing strain in the couple’s divorce proceedings, which began in March 2023 and remain unresolved.
Sidora further claimed that Pittman earns approximately three times her income, a disparity she argues complicates her ability to comply with the relocation order. She also alleged that Pittman initially agreed to joint physical custody arrangements but later sought primary custody during court proceedings.
A judge has not yet issued a ruling on Sidora’s latest request.
In a recent hearing, Pittman was awarded primary custody of the couple’s two children, while both parties retained joint legal custody. The decision followed allegations presented in court that the children had been arriving late to school while in Sidora’s care.
The court additionally ordered Sidora to vacate the marital residence, where the couple currently resides separately, with Pittman living in the basement and Sidora occupying the upper level.
Sidora has previously accused Pittman of infidelity and has sought primary custody as part of the ongoing divorce case.
