Drew Sidora Had 48 Hours Before Losing Her Home In Nasty Ralph Pittman Divorce — The Judge's Surprise Reversal Changes Everything

The divorce between “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman has taken an extremely serious turn. In new legal documents, Drew is leveling heavy accusations against her estranged husband, claiming he has a “documented history of physically abusing the parties’ son.”

According to court records obtained by TMZ, Drew is using these allegations to plead with a judge to let her stay in their Georgia home. She was recently ordered to vacate the property by the end of next month, but she claims that without the house and proper funds, she will be left homeless.

The most disturbing part of the filing involves Drew’s claims regarding their children. She stated that she previously turned over evidence to the court, specifically “a video in which [Ralph] could be heard severely beating the parties’ son.” Drew alleges that while Ralph admitted to the beating in 2024, he “denied it at the hearing in March 2026.”

This new move from Drew comes right after Ralph was granted primary custody of their two kids. During that hearing, Ralph pointed the finger at Drew for the children’s excessive school tardiness, which seemingly influenced the judge’s decision. Drew is now questioning how the court could rule in Ralph’s favor given the video evidence she claims to have provided.

Adding to the drama, Drew noted that the couple is currently $25,000 behind on their mortgage payments. Despite the financial and physical abuse claims, Ralph’s representatives have offered no comment on the matter. The court has yet to issue a ruling on Drew’s latest request to have the custody and housing orders reconsidered.
