A Georgia judge did a complete about-face, allowing the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star to stay put — for now. “RHOA” star Drew Sidora narrowly avoided homelessness this week after a Georgia judge reversed an earlier ruling that would have forced her out of her marital home by May 31. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the judge now says Drew and her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman, can continue living at their sprawling Sugarloaf mansion — at least temporarily. Drew had previously warned that being removed from the home would leave her without a place to live.
A Divorce That’s Been Years in the Making
Drew and Ralph filed for divorce after eight years of marriage in February 2023, but the legal battle has dragged on ever since. As recently as BravoCon 2025, Drew confirmed the case was still unresolved, even postponing her final divorce trial to attend the event.
Throughout the ordeal, the couple has been living under the same roof — Drew upstairs while Ralph resided in the basement — an unconventional arrangement known as “nesting.” Drew has been candid about how grueling the setup has been. “It’d be much easier if we were able to move on separately. You know, out of sight, out of mind, with your own space and your own energy. But that’s clearly not in the cards. So, sharing space has been a double whammy. We’re kind of, like, the blueprint for a sh*tshow divorce,” she told People in July 2024.
Abuse Allegations and Bitter Accusations
The split has been anything but amicable. Sidora accused Pittman of “serial cheating” and mental, financial, and physical abuse as part of her divorce filing. Ralph, meanwhile, has pushed back on her characterizations — taking particular issue with Drew’s claim that he is a narcissist.
What’s Next for Drew and Ralph
With the May 31 eviction deadline now off the table, both parties remain under court supervision as the divorce proceedings continue. After more than three years of legal wrangling, the finish line may finally be near — but for Drew Sidora, every week still brings a new battle.
