Newly filed court documents are adding another disturbing layer to the criminal allegations surrounding Andrew Tate, with British authorities accusing the controversial internet personality of possessing extreme pornography involving a horse and an eel.
The latest Andrew Tate allegations surfaced in documents connected to Britain’s effort to extradite him from the United States. According to TMZ, the filing alleges investigators linked Tate to explicit material depicting sexual acts involving live animals, specifically a horse and an eel, as well as other material that British authorities classified as extreme pornography. The allegations have not been proven in court, and Tate has denied wrongdoing in the cases against him.
The same filing also contains allegations involving indecent images and videos of a minor. According to TMZ, authorities allege one video showed Tate on a bed with a girl believed to have been 17 at the time while another adult woman was present. Prosecutors further allege messages indicate Tate knew the girl was underage and had discussed possible legal consequences connected to her age.
Tate’s attorney, Joseph McBride, strongly rejected the latest allegations. McBride called the claims “prosecution slop” and told TMZ that authorities were attempting to connect Tate to a device allegedly discovered in a “flop house.” According to McBride, there is no evidence Tate watched the videos found on that device. He also claimed one piece of footage was a war video that had been sent to an MMA fighters’ group chat.
McBride also disputed whether investigators still possess the device at the center of those allegations. He said authorities are relying on a report about material from a device that “no longer exists,” calling that portion of the case “as weak as it gets.” He added that the “government’s Andrew Tate fetish has gotten so bad that somebody over there needs professional help.”
The pornography allegations are part of a much larger British criminal case. According to the Crown Prosecution Service, prosecutors announced in July 2026 that Tate would face seven additional rape counts, three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, three assault counts, and 19 additional charges involving indecent images of a child and extreme pornography. British prosecutors said the newly authorized charges involve four additional alleged victims and conduct said to have occurred between July 2010 and August 2017.
Those charges came on top of an earlier British case. The Crown Prosecution Service says Tate previously faced 10 charges involving three alleged victims, including three counts of rape, four counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, two human trafficking counts, and one count of controlling prostitution for gain. His brother, Tristan Tate, also faces multiple British charges. The CPS has emphasized that its charging decisions are not findings of guilt and that the allegations must ultimately be decided in court.
Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested in Miami on July 18, 2026, after British authorities sought their extradition. According to Reuters, a federal magistrate later denied their request for release while the extradition fight continues, citing their wealth and history of international travel when assessing flight risk. Reuters reported on October 5 that the brothers remained jailed in Miami and that a date for their final extradition hearings had not yet been set.
British authorities also allege the brothers used a so-called lover boy method to recruit women by presenting romantic relationships before allegedly pressuring them into online pornography work. According to Reuters, court documents filed in the extradition proceeding allege women were encouraged to travel to Romania, where prosecutors say some became financially dependent on the brothers and were subjected to threats or violence. The Tates deny the allegations.
The brothers are also facing separate legal trouble in Romania. According to the Associated Press, Romanian prosecutors indicted Andrew Tate in September 2026 on charges including trafficking minors, sex with a minor, and money laundering, while Tristan Tate was indicted on allegations of complicity. Romanian authorities have alleged that victims were recruited and exploited through a webcam operation. Both brothers have denied the Romanian allegations as well.
For now, the newly disclosed horse and eel allegations add another highly unusual element to an already sprawling international legal fight. Tate has not been convicted of the charges outlined in the British extradition case, and his attorneys continue to challenge both the evidence and the effort to send him to the U.K. As the extradition process moves through federal court in Miami, the allegations involving extreme pornography, minors, rape, trafficking, and assault remain accusations that prosecutors would still have to prove in court.
