LA Kings center Jarret Stoll, who is dating ESPN reporter Erin Andrews, was arrested in Las Vegas on suspicion of drug possession. According to the police report, as reported by Complex, security staff doing a pat down at the Wet Republic pool party at the MGM Grand on Friday, April 17 found about 3.3 grams of cocaine and 8.1 grams of molly on him. He was booked and released after posting a $5,000 bond. The Kings issued a team statement. Stoll had not made a public statement at the time of this report.
Former Ole Miss guard Marshall Henderson was quick to react online. Back in 2013, after Henderson was suspended following a drug related arrest, Andrews shared an article about it with the question “He mocking anyone now?” Henderson replied at the time that he would save the tweet and that she would be the first person he mocked.
This week he followed through, tweeting to Andrews, “lol wassup with your boyfriend?!” Andrews had not publicly responded at the time of this report.
Stoll was arrested on suspicion of possession, and he has not been convicted of anything. We will update if more details become public.
