On June 18, Florida rapper XXXTentacion was shot and killed outside a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
About a month later, a Broward County grand jury indicted four men on charges of first degree murder with a firearm and armed robbery with a firearm. At the time, two of the suspects, Dedrick Williams, 22, and Michael Boatwright, 22, were already in custody. About a week later, a third suspect, Robert Allen, 22, was arrested in connection with the rapper’s death.
Now, nearly two months after the shooting, the fourth and final suspect, 20 year old Trayvon Newsome, has turned himself in.
According to CNN, the sheriff’s office identified both Boatwright and Newsome as the armed suspects in the incident. The indictment, however, identifies Boatwright as the shooter.
Newsome is scheduled to make a court appearance on Wednesday. All four men are charged but have not been convicted.
