Blueface’s Ex Nevaeh Akira Called Chrisean Rock’s Son “Ugly” And “Disabled,” Now She Seemingly Wants To Apologize

Nevaeh Akira appears to be reconsidering some of the things she has said publicly during her messy fallout with Blueface and his ongoing drama with Chrisean Rock.

In a new social media clip provided for this report, Blueface’s ex acknowledged that some of her previous remarks came from anger and said she plans to stop giving attention to situations that do not deserve it. While she never specifically named Chrisean or Chrisean Jr., the timing of the apparent Nevaeh Akira apology is notable considering the criticism she received over comments directed at the child.

“We all make mistakes, OK? That’s what we do. As long as we can take accountability and move on from it. Yes, I was wrong for saying a few things…moving out of anger. But you know what, from here on out, I’m gonna take accountability, and I’m not gonna show no more. I’m not going to show no more light on situations that shouldn’t be shined on.”

The comments mark a noticeably different tone from Nevaeh’s social media activity just weeks earlier.

As Baller Alert previously reported, Nevaeh drew major backlash on September 3 after making insulting comments about Chrisean Rock’s son, Chrisean Jr., on the child’s third birthday. During the livestream, Nevaeh announced, “I’m bout to get real disrespectful,” before calling Chrisean Jr. “ugly” and “disabled.” She then compared him to her own newborn, describing her baby as “cute” and “able.”

At the time, Nevaeh was holding her newborn son with Blueface while making the comparison. The outlet noted that Nevaeh provided no medical evidence to support the language she used about Chrisean Jr. Baller Alert’s earlier coverage similarly noted that no confirmed diagnosis had been presented to support the claims being made about the child.

That was not the first time Nevaeh brought the toddler into her issues with Chrisean.

In August, Nevaeh took another shot during a livestream with Blueface after Chrisean became part of the conversation.

“Shoutout to the baby disabler,” Nevaeh said. The remark was widely interpreted as a jab at Chrisean involving her son. Blueface was seen laughing during the exchange.

Those moments give the latest Nevaeh Akira apology more context. She does not identify which statements she believes were wrong, nor does she directly apologize to Chrisean or her son. Instead, she admits that she said “a few things” while angry and says she is choosing to stop shining a light on certain situations.

Her change in tone also arrives after her relationship with Blueface publicly fell apart. Nevaeh confirmed in September that she was single after Blueface ended their relationship shortly after the birth of their child. Nevaeh described the relationship as a “long traumatic headache” and said she felt “set free.”

The breakup followed months of public disputes involving Blueface, Nevaeh and Chrisean, many of which unfolded through livestreams and social media. Blueface had also admitted over the summer that he slept with Chrisean while Nevaeh was pregnant.

Now, Nevaeh appears to be signaling that she wants out of at least part of that cycle.

Whether the Nevaeh Akira apology was specifically intended for Chrisean Rock and Chrisean Jr. remains unclear because neither was mentioned by name. Still, acknowledging that anger fueled some of her past statements represents a shift after weeks of increasingly personal exchanges.

More importantly, the controversy became bigger than the adults involved once a three-year-old child became the target of insults and comparisons. If Nevaeh is serious about taking accountability and refusing to give unnecessary situations more attention, keeping children outside of adult conflicts would be a meaningful place to start.
