Bossman Dlow says he’s preparing to release what he believes will be his hottest album ever, but he’s no longer interested in working with certain artists. The Florida rapper took to his Instagram Story to express frustration with people in the music industry, claiming some have backed away from collaborating with him because of rumors and allegations surrounding his personal life.
In the lengthy post, Dlow accused fellow artists of pretending they wanted to make music with him while allowing outside controversy to influence their decisions.
“All The [expletive] Be Fakin Like They Wanna Do Music And [expletive] But Really On [expletive] [expletive], Don’t Wanna Work Cuz Of Rumors And Allegations It’s All Good, I Ain’t Tripppen, I’m Finna Drop The Hottest Album Ever, [expletive] [expletive] Better Not Even Ask For Half A Verse Ion Wanna Work With Nobody After This, It’s Only A Few Solid Ones I Fw But Overall I Peep The [expletive [expletive],” he wrote.
The message makes it clear that Dlow has grown frustrated with certain relationships in the industry. Although he didn’t identify any artists, he suggested that people who previously expressed interest in collaborating have changed their minds because of allegations circulating online.
His reference to rumors also brings attention back to a controversy that placed his sexuality under public scrutiny in May 2025.
At the time, social media influencer Timmy Bandsome claimed Bossman Dlow had privately contacted them through Instagram. Bandsome shared screenshots presented as conversations with the rapper, alleging that he had expressed romantic or sexual interest and wanted to arrange a private meeting.

The allegations quickly sparked speculation about Dlow’s sexuality, with social media users debating the supposed messages. However, the authenticity of the alleged conversations had not been established.
The situation took a major turn on May 28, 2025, when Bandsome publicly admitted fabricating the exchange.
In a TikTok video, Bandsome acknowledged using artificial intelligence and editing tools to create misleading screenshots. They explained that the communications shown in an accompanying video had come from a female friend’s phone, but that they had made it appear Dlow was messaging them directly.
Bandsome admitted creating a fake conversation and said the entire situation had been done for internet attention. They also apologized after acknowledging the controversy could negatively affect Dlow’s career and finances.
The admission undercut the original allegations and the speculation they had generated about Bossman Dlow’s sexuality.
Before Bandsome’s admission, Dlow had already addressed the situation on Instagram, expressing frustration with online confrontations and warning against bringing internet disputes into real life. He also emphasized that he was continuing to release music rather than engaging in ongoing social media arguments.
His latest Instagram Story follows a similar pattern, with Dlow turning his attention toward his career while criticizing people he believes have treated him differently.
However, Dlow did not specifically mention Bandsome in the new post, and it remains unclear whether he was referring to that controversy, other allegations, or a combination of experiences.
His comments also come during an active period in his music career. In April 2026, Bossman Dlow released his sophomore studio album, “Chicken Talkin’ [Expletive],” through Alamo Records and Sony Music Entertainment.
The 20-track project included collaborations with DaBaby, G Herbo, Trey Songz, OJ da Juiceman, and other artists. His earlier releases, including “Dlow Curry,” helped establish his reputation following the success of his breakout record “Get In With Me” in 2024.
Despite previously working with several recognizable names, Dlow now appears ready to become more selective about collaborations.
For now, he’s promising another major release while making it clear that his willingness to share the microphone with others has changed.
