Sky Daily, Hulk Hogan’s widow, and her son Hayden Hitt are being sued in two separate lawsuits connected to a March 28 party, including one filed by a minor who says she was raped there.
Both suits were filed in the civil division of the Pinellas County, Florida, judicial circuit by plaintiffs identified as Jane Does. Both claim Sky supplied alcohol for the party even though she knew minors would be there. Both place her at a Real American Wrestling event that night. The suits allege she had been told not to bring minors to those events because she had given them alcohol in the past.
The first plaintiff, Jane B. Doe, is a minor. She says a minor boy, identified only as John B. Doe, raped her at the party. She claims Hayden advertised the party in a group chat, where he referred to her with a crude sexual phrase, and later held an “auction” in his kitchen offering her up for sex while she was incapacitated.
Jane B. Doe says she took one sip of a Four Loko that John B. Doe handed her and began losing consciousness. She alleges he raped her for several hours while Hayden guarded the door, and says she suffered physical trauma from the assault.
She says she managed to hold on to one used condom containing semen so it could be tested for DNA. She claims Sky Daily got rid of the other two condoms along with the bloodstained sheets.
Jane B. Doe is suing Sky and Hayden for negligence. She is suing John B. Doe for sexual assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, which is a legal claim that someone deliberately caused severe emotional harm. She is also suing John B. Doe’s parents for allegedly failing to properly supervise their son.
The second lawsuit comes from a different Jane Doe, who says she had been living with Hayden and Sky. She claims Hayden repeatedly got violent with her and that Sky would convince her to forgive him afterward.
Made to order and shipped to your door.
According to the suit, she texted Sky during the March 28 party to say Hayden had gotten physical. She wrote that he shoved her from the door into a clothes rack and she fell. A screenshot included in the filing shows Sky replying that she was sorry he was acting out, that it was not the time to talk sense, and that the woman should wait until morning.
The woman says she then called the police and that Sky immediately evicted her and threw her belongings into the front yard. She claims Hayden texted her the next day, begging her to delete her messages and not press charges.
She says she tried to press charges anyway, but that the Clearwater Police Department quickly closed the case. She links that to Sky’s alleged standing within the Church of Scientology. TMZ’s report does not include a response from the police department or the church.
This plaintiff is suing Hayden for battery and Sky for a civil claim related to criminal practices. She is suing both of them for emotional distress.
Sky married Hulk Hogan in 2023 and became his widow when he died in July 2025. Everything described here comes from allegations in the filings.
