There was plenty of Instagram drama overnight involving Chris Brown and Nia, the mother of his daughter. Here is a recap of what was reported and said.
According to Houston’s KPRC Channel 2, authorities are looking for a man named King Ba, who is reported to be Nia’s boyfriend. Authorities allege he forged U.S. Treasury checks worth more than $5,000, deposited them into bank accounts and then withdrew money from those accounts. These are allegations. He has not been convicted of anything, and we have not seen a response from him.
Earlier this year, Nia left a comment on Baller Alert’s Instagram page in which she accused King Ba of being a scammer. That was her claim at the time.
After the news broke, Chris commented on the situation. According to the comments shared online, he wrote: “All that safety talk and not allowing me to see my daughter contradicts everything. Funny how I work a legit job and love my daughter to the fullest and I’m in her life.” He ended with a line about the pot calling the kettle black.
His comments referred to earlier statements, reportedly from Nia and her family, that raised concerns about their daughter’s safety around Chris. Those concerns came up after a reported armed robbery at Chris’ home earlier in the year.
In a twist, Nia says she has moved away from Houston and is no longer in a relationship with King Ba. It is unclear when the relationship ended. Reports noted that the two were seen together at a Kevin Hart concert in Houston about a week earlier.
Neither side has said more at this time.
