After spending weeks in court, Jenelle Evans has regained custody of two of her kids.
Evans and her husband David Eason lost custody of all three of her kids earlier this year after Eason shot and killed the family dog, Nugget.
According to TMZ, sources say the legal drama ended on Wednesday. After hearing the final testimony, the judge ruled that 2-year-old Ensley and 4-year-old Kaiser can be returned in the care of their mom.
While two of her kids have been in the custody of their grandmother Barbara, only one of them are coming home. Evans’ oldest son Jace will remain in Barbara’s care.
It’s no secret that the reality star and her mother Barbara have publicly been at odds for years. The drama has yet to stop, both Evans and Eason have called the authorities on Barbara recently, claiming to fear for the safety of their kids.
Despite their inability to be one big happy family, Evans seemed elated to get Ensley and Kaiser back.
“Crying in tears of joy,” she tweeted on Wednesday.
