Kai Cenat is used to millions of people watching his every move, but one woman is now claiming there was a major chapter of his personal life that never made it onto the livestream.

Social media personality Gorgeous Doll has dropped a lengthy storytime alleging she and Cenat were romantically involved years ago and that their relationship eventually resulted in a pregnancy. The most explosive part of her account involves an alleged six-figure agreement to terminate the pregnancy.
Gorgeous Doll claims the two were dealing with each other roughly three years ago, when Cenat was 21. Despite viewers never seeing her regularly appear on his streams, she insists their alleged relationship was not some strictly behind-closed-doors situation.
According to her, they went out to restaurants, held hands, and were comfortable showing affection in public. She also claims there is old footage of Cenat becoming visibly excited after receiving an affectionate message from her while he was streaming.
But according to Gorgeous Doll, things became much more serious when she learned she was pregnant.
She alleges she was carrying twins and initially considered keeping the babies. Gorgeous Doll claims she eventually presented Cenat with options for how they could move forward.
One alleged arrangement would have required Cenat to purchase her a home, provide $5,000 each month, cover the cost of a nanny, and actively participate in raising the children.
The other option was an abortion.
Gorgeous Doll claims she placed a $200,000 price on terminating the pregnancy, calculating the amount as $100,000 per baby. According to her version of events, Cenat agreed to move forward with the abortion.
However, she claims the full $200,000 was never actually paid.
Gorgeous Doll alleges Cenat asked if she would accept $150,000 instead. She says she agreed and claims the money reached her bank account within days.
Neither the alleged pregnancy nor the alleged payment has been independently verified, and Gorgeous Doll has not publicly produced documentation establishing Cenat paid her the money for an abortion.
Cenat also has not publicly confirmed her version of events.
That has not stopped social media from going into detective mode.
As clips from the storytime began circulating, people immediately started debating everything from the alleged age difference to the reported financial arrangement. Others questioned why Gorgeous Doll decided to bring the alleged relationship to the internet years later.
Gorgeous Doll is no stranger to setting social media on fire with stories involving famous men.
She previously made headlines over her alleged history with Future, claiming she dealt with the Atlanta rapper for about five years. While discussing their alleged relationship, she insisted Future never required her to sign paperwork preventing her from talking about their time together.
“In the five years that I’ve dealt with you, never once have I signed an NDA,” she said.
Now, Cenat has found himself at the center of her latest storytime.
The timing is especially messy considering Cenat has been busy pushing his career far beyond Twitch.
While the allegations spread online, the streaming superstar was in Los Angeles for ComplexCon, where he promoted his fashion company, VIVET. Cenat also crossed paths with Ye during the event, giving fans another viral moment after the pair’s previous online tension.
Cenat has built one of the biggest audiences in livestreaming by allowing viewers into huge portions of his life, from celebrity interactions and marathon broadcasts to friendships and relationships. However, Gorgeous Doll’s allegations suggest there may have been much more happening away from the cameras during his rapid rise.
Still, there is a major difference between a viral storytime and verified evidence.
At this point, the pregnancy, twins, abortion, and six-figure payment are all allegations coming from Gorgeous Doll. Cenat has not publicly acknowledged that the alleged relationship or pregnancy occurred.
Whether he decides to address it could determine where this story goes next.
Cenat is known for responding to controversies directly in front of his audience, meaning viewers will likely be watching closely the next time he goes live.
Until then, Gorgeous Doll has said her piece, social media has plenty to argue about, and Cenat has one very loud allegation hanging over what was supposed to be a weekend focused on fashion and business.
