Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker’s divorce settlement is officially complete, and the details show a clean break with a hefty final price tag.
After months of back-and-forth, Burruss and Tucker reached an agreement that ends both child support and spousal support. Instead, the songwriter agreed to pay Todd a one-time lump sum of $426,000 to balance things out. So while there is no ongoing financial tie, that six-figure check closes the chapter.
The former couple will share joint legal and physical custody of their two children, Ace and Blaze. However, Burruss will hold onto the kids’ passports, though Todd can request access ahead of any international travel. When it comes to assets, both sides walked away with luxury. Burruss keeps multiple vehicles, including a Bentley SUV, a Porsche Cayenne, and a classic 1963 Camaro. Todd, on the other hand, secured a G-Wagon, Porsche 911, Range Rover, and several vintage rides.
They also agreed to sell their shared food truck, while certain real estate details remain private. Todd must vacate Burruss’ guest home within 15 days of signing the parenting agreement, which closes that lingering issue.
The deal also notes that Tucker paid Burruss $38,000 tied to Atlanta Hawks season tickets, which she will keep. So in the end, everything is split with precision, and both parties move forward without ongoing financial obligations.
