Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have officially closed the chapter on their marriage after months of legal tension.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former couple informed the court on March 11 that they reached a full and final settlement in their divorce case. The agreement resolves several outstanding issues between the pair, including child support and a parenting plan for their children.
The judge ordered the pair to submit the finalized paperwork outlining the terms of the agreement by next week so the court can formally close the case.
The split became public in November 2025 when Burruss confirmed the couple had ended their marriage after 10 years together. Their breakup quickly turned complicated once both sides began battling over custody of their children.
Burruss initially asked for joint custody but later changed her request to sole custody after Tucker filed paperwork seeking primary custody. Tucker claimed Burruss had been spending significant time working in New York while he stayed in Georgia, caring for the kids.
Burruss pushed back on that claim and disputed that Tucker had been the primary caregiver. She also criticized him for living rent-free in a guest home on her property.
Tucker responded by saying he was only staying in the backhouse because Burruss had forced him out of the main home they previously shared.
Tucker also asked the court to award him spousal support in his original filing.
The settlement now brings an end to the public legal battle between the former Real Housewives of Atlanta couple.
