A Georgia court has temporarily altered custody arrangements between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, placing new conditions on when the reality television personality can see her children.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the judge ordered that the couple’s four minor children remain with Biermann beginning April 3, pending Zolciak’s completion of four parenting therapy sessions. The ruling establishes April 13 as the earliest date she may resume visitation, contingent on meeting those requirements.
The decision follows Biermann’s recent legal filing seeking sole custody of the children. In the filing, he alleged that Zolciak failed to attend previously mandated therapy sessions and had been خارج the country for approximately two weeks. He also claimed she had minimal recent contact with the children, citing a single visit during which one child was reportedly bitten by a dog.
Biermann requested an immediate modification to their existing joint custody agreement.
Zolciak has publicly disputed those claims. In a statement to TMZ, she said, “These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character. I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for—something I will never apologize for.”
She continued, “I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am. I will not stay silent, the truth is on my side, and it will come to light—no matter how hard anyone tries to bury it.”
The case remains ongoing.
