The 29-year-old beauty mogul surprised audiences during the October 18, 2026, Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Culver City, California. Jenner wore the most expensive Fantasy Bra ever created, bringing the legendary piece back to the runway for the first time since 2018.And this was far from an ordinary lingerie set.
Created by luxury jewelry house Jacob & Co., the Fantasy Bra features 4,410 natural diamonds, including a massive 75.54-carat Fancy Vivid yellow diamond positioned at its center. The yellow stone alone carries an estimated value of $22 million.
Victoria’s Secret described the creation as a “one-of-a-kind masterpiece,” and the craftsmanship explains why.
According to Forbes, the design contains 4,409 diamonds surrounding the yellow centerpiece, with approximately 1,373 carats of diamonds in total. The stones are mounted in 18-karat white and yellow gold, creating a nearly four-pound piece of wearable jewelry.
Jacob & Co. founder Jacob Arabo wanted to take the Fantasy Bra beyond its traditional construction.
“My vision was to create a piece of high jewelry that could be worn as a bra. No fabric, only gold and diamonds,” Arabo told Vogue.
Making that vision wearable required serious engineering.
Forbes reports that artisans developed an initial sketch, constructed a full-scale model using flexible material, and then used computer-aided design to create approximately 3,218 individual components. Gold pieces were formed through a traditional casting process, polished by hand, and assembled into a flexible structure.
Fifteen artisans spent more than 1,000 hours producing the 2026 creation. Its dangling diamond fringe was designed to move naturally, while the framework had to support the weight of the gemstones without restricting Jenner on the runway.
“Even with exact measurements, what looks good on paper doesn’t always work the same way on the body,” Arabo explained.
The designer incorporated several diamond shapes, including his proprietary Angel Cut. According to Harper’s Bazaar, the cut was developed over two years and named after Arabo’s wife, Angela. Its 37 facets symbolize their 37 years of marriage.
Arabo is no stranger to creating jewelry that becomes part of pop culture. Known throughout hip hop as Jacob the Jeweler, he helped popularize extravagant diamond watches and statement pieces. For years, his longstanding creative relationship with Pharrell Williams and the influence of his Five Time Zone watches have dominated hip-hop fashion.
The Fantasy Bra itself has an equally impressive history.
The tradition began in 1996 when Claudia Schiffer modeled the $1 million Million Dollar Miracle Bra in Victoria’s Secret promotional campaigns. The following year, Tyra Banks wore the $3 million Diamond Dream Bra, designed by Harry Winston.
In 2000, Gisele Bündchen introduced the $15 million Red Hot Fantasy Bra, featuring diamonds and rubies. It remained the brand’s highest-valued Fantasy Bra for 26 years.
Other memorable creations included Heidi Klum’s $11 million Very Sexy Fantasy Bra in 2003 and the matching $2 million Dream Angels designs worn by Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio in 2014.
Jasmine Tookes also wore the $3 million Bright Night Fantasy Bra by Eddie Borgo in 2016. That design featured approximately 9,000 gemstones and took more than 700 hours to complete.
The tradition paused after Elsa Hosk wore the $1 million Swarovski creation in 2018. Although the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show returned in 2024, the Fantasy Bra remained absent until Jenner’s appearance in 2026.
Choosing Jenner instead of a longtime Victoria’s Secret model was intentional.
Victoria’s Secret chief creative officer Adam Selman explained the decision to Vogue, saying, “We’re going to put it on an unexpected talent who has a massive following and massive cultural impact.”
Jenner celebrated the milestone on Instagram Stories, writing “Best Day Ever” over a photo of her diamond-covered look.
With its $50 million valuation, the new Fantasy Bra more than triples the previous price record while introducing an entirely different level of jewelry construction. What began as a million-dollar promotional piece in 1996 has evolved into an elaborate display of diamonds, craftsmanship, celebrity influence, and fashion history.
