Larry King, the legendary talk show host, cause of death has been released. The host died of sepsis, according to his official death certificate.

Page Six reports that the 87-year-old, who passed away last month in Los Angeles, was also suffering from kidney failure or end-stage renal disease and acute hypoxic respiratory failure.

King suffered from other health issues, including Type 2 diabetes and had several heart attacks-throughout his life.

He was admitted into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after he contracted COVID-19 in December and remained hospitalized back in early January because of symptoms related to the virus.
