Lil Baby has teamed up with entrepreneur Lemont Bradley to employ 100 young adults in the city of Atlanta.
On Wednesday, the news broke that the two would be adding 100 jobs specifically for anyone under the age of 21. Bradley, the owner of Auto Spa Bistro, Eco Car Spa, and the newly opened Clutch Restaurant, will offer the jobs in his establishments.
“With the crime rate surrounding scams, robbery, and even murder being so high, we are looking to provide a positive outlet and revenue stream to those who are looking for an income,” the two said in a joint statement.
Clutch Restaurant is seeking bar backs, bartenders, waiters, line cooks, dishwashers, and other service jobs within the establishment. The two men have also added positions within the car care businesses for car washers, car tinters, and more. To add to the initiative, Baby and Bradley have confirmed plans to partner up for a lawn care service that will add more jobs for the city’s youth.
This move comes as businesses across Atlanta are moving to hire young people in an effort to curb the violence in the city. The Atlanta “Water Boys” have been placed under a microscope as selling water on the city’s street corners becomes increasingly dangerous.
