Mia stayed silent in court, but her statement and explosive testimony against Diddy remain front and center — even as the defense tried to catch her in contradictions.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former assistant, known in court only as “Mia,” made headlines once again when she decided not to give a verbal statement at his sentencing. Prosecutors had requested she address the court, but instead, Mia opted to let her written words speak for her. Her choice not to speak in person raised eyebrows, but her written statement carried the same emotional weight as her previous testimony. In it, Mia revisited her claims of sexual assault, manipulation, and years of abuse while working under Diddy. What Mia Accused Diddy Of
In her earlier testimony, Mia detailed a disturbing picture of life inside Diddy’s circle:
  • Sexual Assault: She testified that Diddy raped her at his Los Angeles home, and described being groped and kissed without consent at his 40th birthday party.
  • Physical Violence: Mia recounted being thrown against walls, shoved into a pool, and hit with objects like an ice bucket and a laptop. She even said her arm was once slammed in a door.
  • Control and Surveillance: She claimed she wasn’t allowed to lock her bedroom door, needed permission to leave the house, and lived under constant pressure and fear.
  • Blackmail and Manipulation: Mia said Diddy used sexual abuse as leverage, keeping her silent through threats and emotional control.
  • Brainwashing: Even after leaving his employment, Mia admitted she continued to message him warmly — something she now says was a result of confusion, fear, and emotional manipulation.
Her written statement at sentencing echoed these same themes, focusing on the lasting trauma she says she suffered. The Defense Fights BackDiddy’s lawyers didn’t hold back in trying to discredit Mia. Their strategy centered on contradictions and credibility:
  • Social Media Receipts: They pulled up old Instagram posts and text messages where Mia appeared to praise or show affection toward Diddy, questioning how that aligned with her abuse claims. She explained that social media didn’t reflect her private pain.
  • Delay in Speaking Out: They pressed her on why she didn’t report the abuse sooner or mention it during severance negotiations. Mia said she was too ashamed and controlled by fear.
  • Memory Gaps: The defense highlighted unclear or vague details in her testimony, especially around an alleged incident on Diddy’s private jet.
  • Financial Motive: His lawyers suggested her testimony was part of a “#MeToo money grab,” a claim prosecutors rejected and Mia denied.
Despite the tough questioning, Mia insisted on the stand: “Everything I’ve said in this courtroom is true. I have never lied in this courtroom.”Mia’s decision not to speak at sentencing leaves room for interpretation. To some, it may seem like a retreat. To others, it may reflect the exhaustion and emotional weight of reliving trauma. Her written words, however, ensure her voice was still part of the final chapter of the trial.
