Ray J claimed he received a $5 million agreement connected to the tape, saying he was initially paid in installments before the relationship between both sides allegedly turned hostile. According to him, the situation shifted once he began facing what he described as “slavery treatment,” intimidation, disrespectful emails, and repeated threats tied to his public comments and business opportunities.
He also alleged the Kardashians breached the agreement early by failing to remove related content from Hulu and Disney platforms, which he believes made the contract “null and void.” Ray J argued that despite accusations that he later violated the deal himself, payments allegedly continued to come through, which he says proves contradictions in their claims against him.
The singer went even further, accusing the Kardashian family of using their Hollywood influence to isolate him from mainstream entertainment opportunities. Ray J claimed the controversy created a cloud over his career that blocked him from major shows and partnerships.
He also revealed the legal dispute is now in court after a judge reportedly denied efforts to seal documents connected to the case. According to Ray J, the Kardashians argued public records could hurt their business reputation. He says the damage to his own career has already been severe.
