Cardi B and Maduka Okoye have crossed paths again, and at this point, the internet is keeping receipts. The rapper and Nigerian soccer star were spotted spending time together in Milan, Italy, on Tuesday during Milan Fashion Week, adding another chapter to the Cardi B and Maduka Okoye dating rumors that have followed them across Europe since July.

Videos circulating from Milan showed Cardi and Okoye interacting inside a club following Fashion Week activities. Okoye was in the city representing Serie A club Udinese, including modeling the club’s new third kit, while Cardi participated in Vogue World Milano in a vintage Versace look.The sighting immediately got attention because this is far from their first public link-up.
Back in July, Cardi and Okoye landed on everybody’s radar after sitting beside each other at Jean Paul Gaultier’s Haute Couture show during Paris Fashion Week. One widely circulated moment showed Okoye helping Cardi into her seat by taking her hand. They were later photographed talking and laughing together in Paris, giving social media more than enough material to start asking questions.
Then came Venice.
TMZ obtained footage of Cardi and Okoye dining side by side at Gio’s restaurant inside The St. Regis Venice on July 19. They were joined by several other people, and the outlet reported that there was no public display of affection. Still, another Cardi-and-Maduka appearance in another European city kept the speculation moving.
By early September, reports had placed them together again around Udine, the Italian city where Okoye plays professionally.
Cardi even publicly acknowledged him in an August Vogue Arabia interview. Speaking about the goalkeeper, she described him as sweet and kind, noting that his personality was different from the strict image people might get from his social media presence.
Still, neither Cardi nor Okoye has publicly confirmed a romantic relationship.
The rumors have also unfolded against a complicated backdrop. In July, Jelicia Westhoff, Okoye’s former partner and the mother of his son, publicly accused the goalkeeper of being absent from their child’s life. She also made allegations involving infidelity and physical abuse. Westhoff told Page Six that her frustration was directed at Okoye, not Cardi. Okoye did not publicly respond to those allegations at the time, and the claims have not been independently established as fact.
There was another twist just days before the latest Cardi sighting.
On September 20, Okoye was filmed talking and dancing with Argentine-Italian television personality Belén Rodríguez during her 42nd birthday celebration at El Porteño Prohibido in Milan. Italian media quickly picked up the footage, but neither party confirmed anything romantic.
Two days later, Okoye was seen with Cardi.
Meanwhile, his Milan appearance created another conversation back home. Okoye had been called up to Nigeria’s Super Eagles for upcoming 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, but reports said he had not yet joined the national team camp when footage of him in Milan surfaced.
So, where does all of this leave Cardi and Maduka?
Paris. Venice. Udine. Now Milan.
There is still no confirmation that they are a couple, and their previous outings have generally happened around other people. But with repeated sightings stretching across several months, every new appearance is giving the dating rumors another life.
Whatever their relationship actually is, Cardi and Maduka clearly know each other well enough to keep ending up in the same places.
And the internet is definitely noticing.
