Federal authorities have officially taken over the investigation into the high-profile Offset shooting in South Florida, signaling a major escalation in a case that has already drawn national attention. The FBI investigation now centers on identifying multiple suspects captured in newly released images tied to the incident.

According to reporting by WPLG Local 10, the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Miami issued photos showing alleged perpetrators alongside two vehicles believed to be involved, described as a matte gray Chevrolet Tahoe and a black Chevrolet Suburban. An FBI official also confirmed to TMZ that the images are directly related to last week’s shooting.
The incident stems from an altercation outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on April 6. Authorities say the situation escalated after a physical confrontation involving a large group, including rapper Lil Tjay, who was later arrested in connection with the fight.
Law enforcement officials stated that the conflict intensified when one individual allegedly produced a firearm and shot Offset. Investigators also allege that the suspects attempted to steal the rapper’s watch before fleeing the scene in the SUVs shown in the released images.
Offset was transported to a nearby hospital, where he received treatment and was later released.
The FBI is now urging the public to assist in identifying those involved, directing anyone with relevant information to contact authorities through official tip lines.
