"Love Island USA" Made Olandria Carthen Famous, But Did She Quietly Become Reality TV’s Brand Deal Queen?

Olandria Carthen’s post villa career has expanded from viral fame into beauty, fashion, food, technology, and national advertising.

Olandria’s brand deals have become one of the clearest measures of how far the “Love Island USA” Season 7 runner up has traveled since leaving the villa in 2025. Olandria did not win the season, but the commercial résumé she built afterward includes product collaborations, national campaigns, beauty partnerships, modeling work, and deals tied directly to the personal identity fans already knew as

One of Olandria’s earliest major beauty moves came through NYX Professional Makeup. The company released the Nicolandria Lip Combo built around her signature lip routine and her then relationship with fellow Islander Nic Vansteenberghe. The set included Butter Gloss in Lava Cake and Spiked Toffee with the Slim Lip Pencil in Espresso. The initial release sold out within minutes.

Olandria told the brand during its promotional campaign, “NYX Professional Makeup is launching my lip combo, and, if you know me, you know I always layer my Butter Glosses.”

That partnership established a pattern that would become more important as her career grew. Brands were not simply placing Olandria in advertisements. Some were turning recognizable parts of her public image into products and campaigns.

Barbie later partnered with Olandria for its “You Can Be Any Barbie” campaign at Coachella in 2026. The pairing made commercial sense because Olandria had already become widely associated with the Bama Barbie nickname. The activation incorporated different Barbie identities, personalized experiences, and a hologram of Olandria welcoming visitors.

Beauty continued to be another major lane. M·A·C Cosmetics featured Olandria with makeup artist Painted by Esther in a M·A·Czine campaign surrounding the Skinfinish Colourstruck Blush collection. The campaign centered Esther’s recognizable blush technique with Olandria as the face demonstrating the look.

“I love blush, shout out to Esther,” Olandria told M·A·C. “I truly feel like it brings out my features, and I really want a lotta women with deep, dark skin tones to not be scared to put blush on. It’s beautiful and it highlights our beauty that we already have within.”

Poppi also moved Olandria into a larger national lifestyle campaign. The prebiotic soda company selected her to front a summer campaign for its Punch Pop flavor. The partnership included campaign content and a visible presence around her 28th birthday celebration in Miami.

The most significant Olandria brand deals, however, have gone beyond social media advertising. Olandria and Black designer Brandon Blackwood developed her first fashion collection together. The Olandria x Brandon Blackwood line included the O Zip Mini Trunk, O Top Handle Bag, O Vanity Case, and O Lipstick Case Bag Charm in colors including Bama Barbie pink, hot pink, and black.

“Brandon’s bags have been part of my entire journey starting with Love Island,” Olandria told ELLE. “For one, I love supporting Black designers as is. And I’m all about supporting those who supported me when no one wanted to.”

The May 2026 collection sold out in less than ten minutes, leading the company to reopen preorders.

@olandria_carthenRooted in where we come from, supported from day one, carried into where we’re going. Stitched with love. This one’s for family, for culture, for us. Olandria x Brandon Blackwood coming soon 🌸🎀

Her food partnerships also became tangible products instead of standard sponsored posts. According to a Sweetgreen announcement, Olandria and Nic co-created the limited Ranchy Baddie Bowl in October 2025. Sweetgreen described the menu launch as a response to viewers asking why Olandria was absent from an earlier campaign involving Nic.

The company then built a national limited release around both stars. Unlike an influencer simply appearing with a meal in a sponsored video, Olandria’s name and public relationship were part of the product marketing itself.

McDonald’s took a different approach. Olandria fronted its First Job Confessional campaign in March 2026. The campaign used the reality television confessional format to encourage consumers to discuss skills learned at their earliest jobs. McDonald’s connected Olandria’s participation to her own family history, including her mother and sister having worked for the restaurant chain.

“Before I was on TV, I was just a small town girl from Bama, raised by a family that believes in clocking in, working hard and doing things the right way,” Olandria said in the campaign.

Those headline partnerships represent only part of her documented commercial work.

A public campaign archive maintained by the Olandria Carthen Hub also records work involving Anastasia Beverly Hills, Jose Cuervo, Visa, Medicube, Jo Malone London, Sephora, YSL Beauty, Hyundai, Amika, Amazon, SheaMoisture, Reebok, EOS, Alexander Wang, UGG, Microsoft Copilot, DoorDash, Shark Beauty, Aveeno, Vaseline, Raising Cane’s, Agua de Kefir, and Kulani Kinis.

Those relationships should not all be described as identical endorsement deals. The archive includes traditional promotional campaigns, modeling assignments, ambassador work, collaborative products, affiliate promotions, and other brand partnerships. Public financial terms for Olandria’s agreements have not been disclosed, so there is no factual basis to rank the deals by how much she was paid.

That distinction matters when assessing whether Olandria Carthen has become reality television’s new brand deal queen. A sponsored post, runway booking, product collaboration, national commercial, and branded menu item represent different levels of commercial involvement.

What can be measured publicly is the range.

Within roughly a year of “Love Island USA,” Carthen moved across mass beauty with NYX and M·A·C, food with Sweetgreen and McDonald’s, fashion with Brandon Blackwood, consumer lifestyle marketing with Poppi, and one of the world’s most recognizable toy brands through Barbie. Her wider campaign record stretches into skincare, technology, automobiles, footwear, fragrance, retail, and sportswear.

The villa created the audience. Olandria Carthen’s brand deals show that the business built after it became much larger than a second place finish.
