A 12-year-old boy was stabbed in the stomach by another 12-year-old in a park just outside a junior high school in Queens.
Law enforcement officials claim a dispute between the two classmates ended with a stabbing.
The suspect left the scene but was later arrested while the victim returned to the school before being transported to a local hospital. He is expected to survive.
It’s unclear if the stabbing was a result of a serious dispute or horesplay.
