The yacht has an interesting backstory as it was once seized from a fugitive banker and sold by the Malaysian government in an attempt to recoup funds lost in a 2018 money-laundering scandal. Fast forward to today, the yacht has been given a new life, a new name, and will soon be the prized possession of a very wealthy owner.
As you can imagine, a yacht that’s selling for $200 million has some pretty incredible amenities. Tranquility accommodates 26 guests and a 31-person crew. It includes a spa, sauna, massage room, beach club, pools, a Turkish bath, experiential showers, and a glass-enclosed elevator. Originally built in 2013, the yacht has won numerous design awards and was designed for the ultimate experience of relaxation and luxury.
Reportedly, Jenner rented the vessel for $1.2 million per week for her birthday celebration in the Mediterranean. According to Business Insider, the asking price is $200 million, although previous reports listed the yacht’s value at $250 million.
