The Game has just been hit with a lawsuit over money he refused to dish out after losing a previous suit. According to TMZ, the rapper was sued back in 2016 for beating up 40 Glocc, but he has yet to pay up and 40 wants his money.

According to the publication, 40 initially sued Game for the fight that left him bleeding in the street in 2012. The lawsuit resulted in a win for 40, demanding The Game cough up $196,335.15.

However, since the rapper has yet to pay for the 2016 suit, 40 is back to collect with interest. Now, The Game reportedly owes $216,775.52 and 40 is demanding that judge make him pay up.
