50 Cent Posts Alleged Audio Claiming Jim Jones Owes Up to $180K Over Podcast Studio Drama [Video]

50 Cent has continued his ongoing public back-and-forth with Jim Jones, this time centering the dispute on the recording space used for Jones’s “Let’s Rap About It” podcast.

On Thursday, December 18, the G-Unit founder shared what he claimed was audio connected to the ownership of the building where the podcast is filmed. The recording, posted to his Instagram, is widely believed to feature the property owner, though the identity of the speaker has not been confirmed.

In the phone call, the speaker alleges that Jones failed to finalize lease terms and owes between $80,000 and $180,000 in unpaid rent. The speaker also claims there is a partnership agreement entitling the building owner to half of Jones’s media output, stating, “So half of the content he’s creating, if you wanted to buy that too, I’ll sell you half the company.”

The individual further describes the venture as being worth “very little,” offering it as an added incentive in a potential deal.

The post follows weeks of online commentary from 50 Cent, who previously accused Jones and fellow podcast hosts Maino, Fabolous, and Dave East of “squatting” in the space. He later joked about purchasing the property himself, along with a “50 percent” stake in the podcast. Maino publicly brushed off the claim in a social media video, laughing as he said, “We out here squatting.”

In his latest update, 50 Cent appeared to double down on the allegation.

“I don’t know why these people start with me,” he wrote. “If I wasn’t me, I would leave me alone. Get your business together guys!”

The legitimacy of the audio remains unclear, particularly given 50 Cent’s history of posting unverified or AI generated content during online feuds. Jim Jones has not directly addressed the recording but did reshare a post reading, “Imagine you hating on someone and they just keep winning. Wake up GOOFYS!!”

As of now, neither party has offered further clarification on the claims.
