55 Million Dollar NFL Baller Dead Broke & Living With His Parents

Meet Chris McAlister, 1999 first round round draft to the Baltimore Ravens, former super bowl champ that signed a $55 Million contract in 2004. Fast forward to 2011 where McAlister claims he is now “broke as a joke” and living with his mother. Is this just a ploy to convince the courts to lower his $11,000 per month child support payments or did he really blow money fast?

According to TMZ

In the docs, Chris — a 1st round NFL draft pick in 1999 who played in the league for 10 years — states, “I have been unemployed since 2009. I have no income.”

He adds, “I live in my parent’s home. My parents provide me with my basic living expenses as I do not have the funds to do so.”

McAlister was a KEY member of the Ravens when they won the Super Bowl in 2000 … and even got himself an interception during the big game.

McAlister was only married to Marlene for 13 months — but she claims Chris ended the relationship in 2009 when she got pregnant and refused to get an abortion.

Explain to me, how exactly does someone blow $55M in 7 years when they’ve only been “unemployed” for 2 of them? For 5 of those 7 years you were still making money, so what the hell did this man do with nearly 60-mill? I know he’s had a lot of legal trouble (that he’s brought on himself) and his child support payments are no joke, but to be to the point where you live with your parents and they are supporting you financially? He needs to do better, he’s not a Baller he’s a Scrub! UPS is hiring so get to work!
