Harlem Rapper, Azealia Banks escaped criminal charges following accusations that she assaulted a bouncer at a Los Angeles club last October. An L.A. attorney ruled “there was no sufficient evidence,” according to E News.
The outspoken and quick-tempered rapper allegedly attacked the bouncer after she was asked to leave the hotspot Break Room 86, following “unruly behavior.” Banks allegedly chomped on the victim’s breast “causing redness, swelling and bruising” and then tried to punch her, according to court papers.
Prosecutors found insufficient evidence needed for conviction but recommended Banks do anger management if she were to plead to the top count against her but the case was adjourned for her attorney, Stacey Richman.
Banks recently endorsed presidential candidate Donald Trump via Twitter and she will also be releasing a new song called “The Big Big Beat” on Feb. 7.
