Baller Alert sat down with Evelyn. She talked about the show (basketball wives), her daughter, Vanessa Davis and much more.
Sidenote:
She was in the news yesterday. According to TMZ Evelyn filed a lawsuit claiming Vanessa Davis (former wife of NBA star Ricky Davis) smeared her reputation all over the internet. Reason being? That Vanessa was not selected to be on the reality show.
Scandalous…
She is suing for 15k…
Check out the interview:
BA: Do you regret doing the Basketball Wives Reality Show?
Eve: I definitely don’t regret doing the show. I signed on to do the show to help promote my business. It hasn’t been easy at times, but u have to take the good with the bad.
BA: Has the show helped your business (Dulce Shoes)?
Eve: It definitely has increased my business but there’s always room for growth and improvement.
BA: Has your ex contacted you regarding things you said on the show?
Eve: We’ve spoken but not often. Regardless of the situation, I would never do anything to hurt him or speak about personal issues that we’ve been through. He was an amazing dad to my daughter and I will never take that away from him. We both have love for him and always will.
BA: It has been rumors on the internet that Vanessa Davis being your stalker. You confirmed those rumors on the show that aired on Sunday May 23, 2010. Has this issue been resolved? Did you find out why you were targeted?
Eve: I have no idea why I was targeted & that’s what saddens me the most. I never did anything to this person! I have full faith in God that the truth will come out.
BA: Would you do a second season of this show?
Eve: I would do a second season for sure. I had fun with the girls and it’s always good for business.
BA: Have you been approached by any publications to pose nude since your photos were released?
Eve: Yes I have, but I declined.
BA: By the way your nude pics were cute. What is your workout plan?
Eve: I weight lift 3 times a week and do cardio on my off days when I’m not being lazy. I try my best not to eat fast food, bread, pasta, etc.
BA: How does your daughter feel about the show?
Eve: My daughter is well adjusted & she goes on with her life as if it’s
not even on.
BA: How do you keep her grounded?
Eve: I believe you can teach your child early on that life is not all about money and material things. My daughter gets rewarded when she does well in school. She works for the things she has. Nothing comes for free in my house-hold.
BA: Are you in a relationship with that young tender that escorted you to Jennifer’s party?
Eve: Ha! No we are cool friends.
BA: What’s next for Eve?
Eve: Hopefully, another store in NY or LA. Marriage and a few kids would be nice too.
