Things are getting messy after Althea Heart made public allegations that quickly pulled both Bobby V and Benzino into the mix. In a now-viral post, she claimed the men were in a bisexual relationship, something they swiftly responded to.

Bobby V took to Instagram to shut it down, saying he plans to sue over what he called outright lies being told about him. He made it clear he is not letting the claims slide and is prepared to take legal action.
“I’m suing everybody that’s lying on me from now on,” he stated firmly into the camera. “I’m tired of playing games.”
Benzino also responded, but his comments raised even more eyebrows. He claimed that Althea, the mother of his child, has been in a mental institution, suggesting her statements should not be taken at face value.
“She was just released from a mental facility, say like a week ago,” he stated, adding that the former reality TV personality had kept their son out of school, seemingly due to her personal issues.
With both men firing back publicly, the situation has officially gone from allegations to receipts and threats of lawsuits. Meanwhile, Althea has accused her ex of keeping their child from her until she recants her statements, which has not yet happened.
