We’ve had basketball wives, football wives and baseball wives and now E! Is introducing “WAGS”. For those not familiar with the term, WAGS stands for “Wives And Girlfriends Of Sports” or “Women And Girlfriends Of Sports” depending on who you ask.  The eight episode, one-hour series is set to debut this summer and will follow seven wives/girlfriends of professional athletes. “Constantly vying for seniority and respect, these women live a glamorous lifestyle full of perks, but the diamonds, first class travel, cars and mansions don’t come easy and top positions in this elite group come only to those who follow the rules and know how to play the game,” describes Deadline.com. 

The cast includes mainly wives/girlfriends of football players and oddly most of the wives seem to be Canadian, though the show filmed in Hollywood. Check out some info and photos of the cast below. 

Sasha Gates is the wife of San Diego Chargers, Antonio Gates. The couple have two daughters and another child on the way. Sasha is a former video model who reportedly used to date Hype Williams. They broke up when he cheated on her. Sasha and Antonio have been married since 2011. 

Olivia Pierson

I don’t think Olivia’s an actual wife and her social media doesn’t indicate which athlete she’s involved with.  Olivia is a blogger along with ger cousin and fellow cast mate, Natalie Halcro.

Natalie is dating NFL free agent, Shaun Phillips who played for the Denver Broncos. 

Barbara Blank

Barbara Jean “Barbie” Blank is a former WWE Diva ‘Kelly Kelly’ and model who’s dating Sheldon Souray. Souray is a hockey player who plays for the Anaheim Ducks. Souray has two daughters from a previous marriage. 

Autumn Ajirotutu

Autumn is married to Seyi Ajirotutu of the Philadelphia Eagles. They met while they were students at Fresno State and began dating. The couple have twin daughters.  

Nicole Williams

Nicole is a French Canadian model and mother. Nicole’s boyfriend is Larry English of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and was once considered one of the worst first round draft picks in the 2000’s. Ouch! Bright side, he’s still in the league so he must have turned things around. 

Ashley North

Married to Dashon Goldson of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The couple have a daughter by the name of Charly.
