A Florida female middle school teacher was arrested for the second time on charges related to her two-year sexual “relationship” with an underage female student–including sex in the classroom.
Hayley Close Hallmark has already faced charges for having sex with a female student and has been arrested in a different county on similar charges.
The 35-year-old teacher and soccer coach at Ruckel Middle School in Niceville, Florida — was already charged in Okaloosa County with lewd and lascivious conduct with a student by an authority figure.
Hallmark was initially arrested in February on charges of a sexual relationship she had with a female student from 2018 to 2020. She is accused of grooming the child for a period of two years, beginning when the girl was just 15.
The investigation into Hallmark began on Feb. 4 after the student confided in another teacher about the abuse.
