The Game Wants A New Sexual Assault Trial

Last month a judge ordered The Game to pay $7 million to Priscilla Rainey, the woman claiming he sexually assaulted her while they filmed his VH1 reality show. However, The Game was not able to make it to his court date to defend himself in person because he suffered a severe tooth infection and under doctors’ orders, he was told not to fly.

The Game’s attorneys have now filed a motion asking the judge to grant a new trial with a new jury. If that’s not possible, they are seeking for the judge to slash the $7 million judgement because the evidence does not support such a hefty verdict.

Rainey accused The Game of  being  “out of control, highly intoxicated on alcohol and drugs”  while filming a scene for his reality show. She says that he forcefully reached his hand inside her dress to “rub her bare vagina and buttocks.”

The Game claims this is untrue and wants his day in court.
