Authorities say a man opened fire at the State Fair of Texas Saturday night. The suspect fired shots into the food court, injuring three and sending people running for their lives.
Police started to receive calls of an active shooter at the Dallas State Fairgrounds around 8 PM.
Three people suffered gunshot wounds. Fortunately, all three injuries were non-life threatening, TMZ reported.
The fair was evacuated and shut down. Video footage of the chaos shows people running and scrambling to leave.
The shooter was arrested after attempting to flee. The fair is expected to re-open Sunday at 2 p.m.
