Harlem Season 2 Cast Talks Vulnerability, Sex Game, Honesty and More

The ladies of ‘Harlem’ are back for another round, and things will get pretty spicy in season 2. On Thursday, Prime Video released the trailer for the hit comedy series following the chaotic lives of four girlfriends managing the ups and downs of life in New York.

Written and executive produced by Tracy Oliver, the sophomore season picks up where they left off: Camille (Meagan Good) has to figure out her career and love life after blowing them up last season; Quinn (Grace Byers) goes on a journey of self-discovery; Tye (Jerrie Johnson) reconsiders her future after last season’s relationship mishaps; and Angie’s (Shoniqua Shandal) career takes a promising turn as she continues to prove her “star potential” to everyone around her.

Alongside the star-studded cast, the series also includes Tyler Lepley as Camille’s ex, Ian, and recurring guest stars such as Whoopi Goldberg as Dr. Elise Pruitt, Jasmine Guy as Quinn’s wealthy mother, and Sullivan Jones as Jameson. Its 10-episode inaugural season of Harlem highlighted the beauty of the big city and the many experiences Black women deal with in their thirties.

The Prime Video series also added several new actors to its guest star roster, including Sherri Shepherd, Courtnee Carter, Rick Fox, Countess Vaughn, Rachel True, Luke Forbes, and Lil Rel Howrey.

Produced by Amazon Studies and Universal Television, Harlem season 2 will have eight episodes, with two episodes premiering every week starting February 2.
