As “Sunday Service” celebrates its first anniversary, Kanye West has plans to take it all over the world to spread the word in other countries, starting with Europe and Africa.
According to the Daily Mail, the “Jesus Walks” rapper has no plans to tour traditionally anymore and instead wants to focus on a new follow up album with the choir and travel the world with them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
West plans on reducing the weekly Sunday Service productions in order to have more extended periods to travel around the world.
He revealed recently that his Sunday Service program gives him strength and literally saved his life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In a recent sermon to the downtrodden residents of Skid Row, West told the audience, “A lot of times people say, “Thank you, Ye, for Sunday Service.” I’m saying, thank God. This thing saved my life. This thing was an alternative to opioids. This thing was an alternative to pornography.”
Ye spoke candidly about finding his faith when his loved ones tried to assist him during his moments of darkness and turmoil.
“People in my family were praying for me, but they couldn’t call me and scream at me. I’m a grown man, he said. “”But it was God that came and put this thing on my heart and asked if I was ready to be in service to him … I have no regret and no shame.”
