Kelly Clarkson may have scored a big win in her divorce by being awarded primary custody of her two children. Now her ex wants her to cough up some serious coins.
TMZ is reporting that Brandon Blackstock is asking Clarkson for $301,000 in spousal support and $135,000 in child support a month. That’s roughly $5.2 million a year. He also wants her to foot the $2 million bill for his attorney’s fees.
The judge awarded Clarkson primary custody of the kids, and they will live with her in California. Blackstock will get the children three weekends a month. Two weekends will be in the children’s hometown of Los Angeles, and the children will spend one weekend a month with him on his ranch in Montana.
“The court finds that the minor children are not now and have not been Montana residents and that California is their home state,” the judge ruled.
The two married six years ago, and Clarkson filed for divorce in June. Their divorce proceedings are ongoing.
