Kim Kardashian has just filed for divorce from Kanye West after 7 years of marriage.
Kim is reportedly asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s 4 children. Close “sources” with direct knowledge also told TMZ that Kanye is fine with the joint custody arrangement, as both he and Kim are steadfastly committed to co-parenting their kids, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm together.
Kim’s lawyer, famed divorce attorney Laura Wasser filed the documents, but the exact date of separation is not listed. The couple did have a prenup that is not being contested. The sources told TMZ, the couple is already far along in their negotiations and close to reaching a property settlement agreement.
