Reality star Kim Zolciak is seeking full custody of her four children with Kroy Biermann.
In court documents obtained by PageSix, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 45, says that she is a “loving, fit and proper parent.”
On Tuesday, Zolciak filed her response to the retired NFL star’s second divorce petition, and this time around, she agreed that their marriage is “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.”
Zolciak initially wanted the case thrown out, claiming she and Biermann, 38, had sex several times since the filing, but this time, she is asking for a “total divorce” and says that they officially separated in early September, the publication reports.
Although she seeks primary physical custody of Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 10, Zolciak is open to joint legal custody with Biermann and believes he “should have liberal visitation” with their children.
However, she demands that her estranged husband pay temporary and permanent child support, citing that she is “dependent upon” him “for support and maintenance.”
Zolciak also asks the court to grant her “temporary and permanent alimony” from Biermann “during the term of and separation thereafter.”
It’s no secret that the pair have endured some financial woes amid their 11-year marriage. Zolciak says they “acquired certain assets and debts” and feels she is “entitled to an equitable portion.” She also seeks half of the sale of their Georgia open that was recently listed for $6 million, and for Biermann to cover her attorney fees.
Zolciak “desires any and all pre-marital assets, gifts and inheritances” to be “retained and assigned” to their rightful owner.
As for Biermann, he seeks sole legal and sole physical custody of their brood, as well as child support and alimony from Zolciak.
