Kourtney Kardashian is more Kardashian than ever because her Vegas wedding night wasn’t actually a wedding. It was just “practice.”
She confirmed the news in an Instagram post Wednesday. Her caption reads, “Found these in my camera roll. Once upon a time in a land far, far away (Las Vegas) at 2am, after an epic night and a little tequila, a queen and her handsome king ventured out to the only open chapel with an Elvis and got married (with no license). Practice makes perfect.”
The Poosh founder confirmed that she and fiancée Travis Barker actually didn’t get married, and there wasn’t a license.
Reports circulated Tuesday morning that the two tied the knot in Las Vegas, where the 2022 Grammys was hosted, but it was all just practice. Surely Kourtney will throw a lavish modern wedding since this is the first time she says “I do” to anyone.
A source tells E! News that the pair “always joked about running away and just doing it at a chapel in Vegas and not telling anyone.” Kourtney also has been very chill about the details of the planning process. Though they would like to marry this year, they have babies on the brain.
The whole proposal is caught on camera in the season premiere of The Kardashians on Hulu on April 14.
