Latto, Chlöe, and Roddy Ricch are among the list of performers bringing their talent to the 2022 BET Awards stage.
BET also announced on Thursday that Kirk Franklin, Chance the Rapper, Joey Bada$$, Lizzo, Ella Mai, Muni Long, Jack Harlow, Giveon, Maverick City Music and Fireboy DML are also on the lineup.
In addition to performing on the show, Harlow is a nominee for Best Male Hip-Hop artist.
Chlöe is a three-time nominee this year. Of the 14 artists who received three or more BET Awards nominations this year, she is the only one who has been announced as a performer so far.
Top Dawg Entertainment rookie Doechii will deliver her second televised performance following last month’s appearance on The Tonight Show, Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Hosted by Taraji P. Henson for the second year running, the 2022 BET Awards air live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on June 26. Doja Cat leads all artists with six nominations, with the Planet Her artist up for Album of the Year, Best Female Hip Hop Artist, and Video of the Year.
Drake and Ari Lennox follow with four nods each, while Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, Lil Baby, Future, and Baby Keem are up for three awards. Drake’s Certified Lover Boy, Kanye’s Donda, and Tyler, The Creator’s CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST, are among those vying for Album of the Year.
BET also announced earlier that Diddy would receive this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award, joining past winners such as Whitney Houston, Prince, and Queen Latifah.
