Najee Smith, the son of LL Cool J, and three others were arrested Tuesday following an altercation at a restaurant in Manhattan.
Smith, who was celebrating his 26th birthday at Catch Rooftop in the Meatpacking District, was reportedly asked to leave after causing a disturbance. An intoxicated Smith then became combative as he and his party fought off bouncers. Cops were called to the scene around 3:15 and Smith was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing.
Smith was released following his arraignment late Tuesday. He seemed to show very little remorse, even laughing when one of his friends spat on a news reporter outside the court room.
