A few years ago, Ludacris and then longtime girlfriend Eudoxie, had allegedly broken up and Ludacris got a longtime acquaintance, Tamika Fuller, pregnant. Tamika gave birth to Ludacris’ second daughter, Cai Bella Bridges, in December 2013 and over the following year, the two went back and forth in court regarding custody and child support. Ludacris, at one point, was awarded custody but it’s unknown how long he that lasted. It appears Luda and Tamika have been sharing time with little Cai, according to social media.
In last few weeks we’ve finally seen pics of Cai Bridges, 2, and her new baby sister Cadence, appear on her father and step mother’s Instagram pages. According to recent reports, Ludacris is totally in charge of what photos the public gets to see.
Court docs filed Wednesday indicate that a judge has allowed Ludacris to approve any photos Tamika posts of Cai on social media. According to TMZ, if Luda doesn’t approve, the judge says he can force Tamika to remove them. Also, the judge says Ludacris has the final say when it comes to Cai’s school, doctor and religious upbringing. Luda has also agreed to pay a portion, or all, of Tamika’s legal fees incurred during their long battle. Neither parent can use their child in interviews, articles or for GoFundMe pages, per TMZ.
Ludacris and Tamika are reportedly still battling out in court, but it’s good to see some things resolved. Do you think the judge is being fair?
