A real-life Father of the Bride situation is already in the works for Martin Lawrence.
On Friday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, Martin joked that he already knew how he would play it if his daughter Jasmin ended up marrying Eddie Murphy’s son Eric.
“Imma tries to get Eddie to pay for it,” the Bad Boys star said.
Later in the show, Kimmel asked if there was any chance that the famous offspring could produce “some kind of comedy super-baby,” but Martin said that he and Eddie hadn’t talked about it.
He said, “We just stay out of their business and let them do their own thing and respect their thing.”
Jasmin and Eric announced their relationship on Instagram last June.
