“Leaving Neverland” hasn’t affected Michael Jackson’s place with the greats.
Despite the negative attention from the documentary, the icon will not be removed from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Though some have expressed their disappointment in the allegations made by Wade Robson and James Safechuck, Jackson’s honor as both a Jackson 5 member and a solo artist will be remain.
So why isn’t the late singer getting blowback from the committee? According to TMZ, an official simply explained that things claimed outside of the art shouldn’t overshadow his excellence in music. His impact in the music industry has been too great to take away from.
Unlike the recent movements of the Indianapolis Children’s Museum, Michael’s Hall of Fame exhibit will also be left untouched.
